Machines, both washers and dryer are often broken and take a long time to repair.
Plenty of machines to use and they don't take long at all. There a public bathroom as well as a few baskets to use. There is also a vending machine for drinks, snacks and laundry detergents and bags.
Dislike that staff is not on-site most of the time so you cannot get readily reimbursed if the machines eat a few quarters or the change machine eats entire bills.
